There were a handful of prolific artists at the dawn of the role playing hobby. One of my favorites was Dave Trampier, or Tramp as he signed a lot of his pictures.
His comic strip Wormy ran for a long time in Dragon magazine, until he left the hobby entirely. Wormy was a true showcase for his artistic skills, with great scene construction and kinetics. The varied cast of characters, great and small, were genuine and varied. I liked all of them. There were a lot of great, memorable moments and scenes, such as the entry into Trolltown on the body of a dead monstrous fish.
Tramp died a few years ago. Thanks for the treasures that you gave us.
